Shipping policy

Destinations
We ship to addresses in the United States and Canada that are available at checkout.

Order processing
Allow 3–5 business days after purchase for us to prepare and hand your order to the carrier. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding US public holidays. This processing period is separate from the carrier's transit time.

Shipping rates and delivery estimates
Available shipping services and charges are shown at checkout before payment. Carrier delivery estimates are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates. Customs processing can add time to Canadian deliveries. If we cannot ship within the stated processing period, we will contact you with an update and the available cancellation/refund options required by applicable law.

Tracking
We will send tracking information when it becomes available. A tracking label can be created before the carrier receives the parcel; carrier tracking updates confirm movement after acceptance.

Canadian duties and import charges
Canadian orders may be subject to import duties, taxes and carrier clearance or handling fees. You are responsible for applicable import charges that are not collected at checkout. Charges collected at checkout are shown before payment. We do not guarantee that a shipment will be duty-free. For import-charge refunds on returned goods, contact the authority or carrier that collected the charge; we do not refund charges we did not collect.

Address corrections and delivery issues
Check your delivery address carefully before ordering. Contact support@3threesclothing.com immediately if you notice an error. We will try to help, but changes may not be possible after processing or shipping. If a parcel is delayed, missing, damaged or returned to sender, contact us with your order number so we can review the situation and work with the carrier. We will confirm any proposed reshipping costs before arranging a new shipment. Nothing in this policy limits rights you have under applicable law.
